Position Type: Experienced to semi-experienced commercial painter Description of Duties: Ability to follow directions from Production Manager and Team Lead Willing to work hard, gain experience and improve daily Need to be able to learn and improve from mistakes Must be clean, neat and organized Needs to be very detail oriented Able to communicate understanding of directions and job duties given Familiar with spraying, brush and roll, cutting, cleaning spray pumps, masking, spraying dryfall and if you can hang vinyl wall covering that is a major plus. Skills and Requirements: Must be able to learn how to operate scissor lifts and boom trucks to heights of up to 60 Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with co-workers Comfortable with ladder work Available to work some weekends and nights when required to complete a job Clean driving record with reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Honest and hard working Looking to grow with the company and become a future Team Lead Compensation: Paid weekly based on previous work experience 12 days of paid time off - 7 major holidays and 5 personal days 401(K) plan with a 4% company match Short term disability plans offered Health insurance - company pays $250 each month towards premiums Overtime available as needed to finish jobs on schedule Bi-yearly team building excursions Hands on training will be provided throughout the year Opportunities to grow, learn, become a leader andmake more money.
