Overseeing energy usage reconciliations and ensuring accurate cost allocation. Working with third-party billing providers to deliver clear, correct bills. Monitoring resident accounts and leading on debt prevention and recovery. Ensuring full compliance with Ofgem, Heat Trust and UK heat network standards. Driving improvements in efficiency, reliability, and service delivery. Supporting finance, operations and site teams with technical issues. Leading on customer service for heat-related queries and complaints. Main Skills Needed: Strong background in heat networks, district heating, or energy management. Experience in billing, debt recovery, and financial controls. Working knowledge of heat network compliance and regulation. Numerically confident with strong analytical and Excel skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving ability. Organised, customer-focused, and calm under pressure.
