They are currently looking to engage a customer service / supply chain coordinator to support the team. This key role connects Sales, Customer Service, and Production to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and without disruption. The role As a central point of contact, you will be responsible for balancing supply and demand across multiple manufacturing sites. You’ll coordinate production schedules, manage inter-site production transfers, and ensure any changes are communicated effectively to both customers and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities Work with Sales and Customer Service teams to forecast demand and align production plans. Coordinate production across multiple sites to balance capacity and maintain service levels. Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers regarding supply or schedule changes. Analyse demand and production data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide reports and insights to support strategic planning. Skills & experience Background in demand planning, supply chain coordination, or production scheduling within manufacturing. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within packaging. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with data interpretation and reporting experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
