Senior Asset Manager

Job Title: Senior Asset Manager (MRICS) Location: London, UK Salary: Competitive Benefits Overview: Our client is a London estate with c £3bn AUM across offices, industrial, retail and leisure. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Asset Manager to manage a small and dynamic dynamic team in Central London. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and possess a strong background in commercial real estate asset management, with a proven track record of driving asset performance and value enhancement across a diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Proactively manage a portfolio of commercial properties (office, retail, and mixed-use), maximising rental income and capital value. Develop and implement strategic asset management plans, including refurbishment, redevelopment, lease re-gears, and tenant retention strategies. Monitor market trends and conduct asset performance analysis to inform business cases and decision-making. Work closely with leasing agents, property managers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to deliver commercial goals. Identify and execute value-add opportunities through active lease management, cost control, and strategic investment. Lead on valuation across the portfolio and help set strategy. Prepare and present asset reports, budgets, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, lease obligations, and health & safety standards. Requirements: MRICS qualification is essential. Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial real estate asset management. Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in valuation, budgeting, and performance reporting. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. In-depth knowledge of the UK commercial property market, especially within London. Proactive, commercially astute, and results-driven.
