Job Title: Forklift Driver Location: Louth Salary: £12.93 Shifts: 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 Off (Rotating Pattern) Join Our Team as a Forklift Driver Are you an experienced Forklift Driver looking for a new challenge? Our client in Louth is seeking a skilled and motivated Forklift Driver with Counterbalance and Reach experience (desirable) to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to move materials and products safely and efficiently. Load and unload deliveries, ensuring accurate stock handling and storage. Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goods for dispatch. Conduct daily safety checks on forklifts and report any faults. Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment. Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures. What We're Looking For: Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Reach licence desirable). Previous experience working in a warehouse or production environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off).
