Provide personalised skincare consultations and product demonstrations Build lasting relationships with clients through attentive 1-to-1 service Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation, and guest experience Work towards retail and treatment targets with confidence and integrity What Were Looking For NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy Experience in spa or retail environments Strong communication and customer service skills Passion for wellness and skincare Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented Benefits & Perks Basic salary £10.00£12.21/hour (age dependent) Total earnings up to £34,129/year with commission Uncapped monthly commission (potential £6,000 annually) Product incentives (worth up to £2,000/year) 28 days paid annual leave (incl. bank holidays) Company pension scheme Uniform provided Staff discounts: In-house training and development
