This role requires a strong leader with proven experience. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: Proven leadership experience in a warehouse/supply chain environment Excellent communication skills in English Proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven Knowledge of hazardous substances and quality management systems (preferred) Possession of MHE certificates what will you do As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of 25-50 employees. You will play a key role in the success of the team. Your daily tasks will include: Managing a team of 25-50 employees in inbound/outbound processes. Achieving daily KPIs and reporting to the Supervisor. Conducting performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching conversations. Handling light administrative tasks.
