About the Role As Head of Operations and Delivery, you’ll report directly to executive leadership and be responsible for day-to-day operations, service delivery optimisation, and people leadership. You’ll shape operational frameworks, streamline delivery methodologies, and ensure both internal teams and client engagements run efficiently. This role is ideal for a proven operational leader with deep project management expertise and the ability to drive transformation across an organisation.
