Music School Centre Manager

Overview Job Title: Music School Centre Manager Job Location: Infront of Beauty World MRT Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (5-day work week, 2 days off) Responsibilities Retail of music instruments, related accessories, lessons, books, etc. Perform student-related administrative duties such as scheduling of lessons, registration for exams, etc. Handle cashiering functions including issuing receipts for transactions Opening/closing of the school/shop Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and walk-in customers Stock taking and making sure inventory is up to date Perform basic accounting duties as required Ensure general housekeeping duties are completed Organize stock and maintain attractive display setups Undertake other operational ad-hoc duties, such as basic music instrument servicing Requirements Availability to work weekends is essential. Interest in music or music knowledge is encouraged/preferred. No minimum qualifications or work experience required. You need to be cheerful and energetic Proficient computer skills, including Google Sheets. Long-term commitment to the role is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, parents, coworkers, and teachers effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Additional skills such as photo-editing, social media, or graphic design are preferable.
