Data Entry Specialist (Long-Term Temp | Possible Temp-to-Hire) Location: Boise, ID (Onsite) Compensation: $20–$23 per hour (DOE) CV Resources is partnering with a Boise-based client seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a long-term temporary role, with the potential to convert to a permanent position. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data systems, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and supporting process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems with speed and accuracy. Support SOP/SSOP revision and completion , using Microsoft Word and Kofax PDF. Utilize AS400 and TraceGains systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting. Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and workflow updates. Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the department. Qualifications Prior data entry or administrative experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Kofax PDF . Experience with AS400 and/or TraceGains preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
