Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive brand specialist with 5 years of retail sales experience, ideally within the luxury product, construction, or design industries. This role supports our Regional Sales Managers in delivering exceptional customer experiences by assisting with quoting, follow-up, client communications, and lead pipeline movement. The brand specialist reports directly to the Regional Sales Managers and plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism throughout the customer journey. Top performers in this role will be eligible for promotion into a commission-based sales position upon demonstrating consistency, product fluency, and strong results. Key Responsibilities Lead Support & Follow-Up Assist regional managers by following up on aging or unresponsive leads. Re-engage cold leads with thoughtful, tailored outreach using pre-approved templates. Maintain detailed tracking of all communications and follow-up actions in the CRM. Quoting & Administrative Support Enter and manage quote requests, ensuring all selections and customer data are accurate. Review specs, finishes, dimensions, and pricing to maintain quote precision. Proactively monitor quote expiration and assist in timely follow-up. Customer Communication Manage and track sample requests with timely updates to customers. Respond to basic quote or product inquiries under the guidance of the regional managers. Assist in setting realistic expectations around production timelines and service levels. S ystem & Process Coordination Use CRM and internal tools to manage customer records, communications, and task workflows. Coordinate across design, support, and operations teams to ensure seamless project handoffs. Requirements 5 years of professional sales experience in a customer-facing or account support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable using CRM and quoting systems (Zendesk Sell or Magento a plus). Motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities. Interest in luxury design, custom products, and elevated customer service. Preferred Qualifications Experience in luxury retail, custom fabrication, kitchen & bath design, or construction sales. Familiarity with quoting tools and the sales process for made-to-order or high-end goods. Strong grasp of the full customer lifecycle in premium e-commerce or B2B sales.
