With clients at the heart of all we do, our people, knowledge, and technology power our connected ecosystem of health, safety and security solutions and services As a Financial Business Service Coordinator -RMR, you will upload invoices to a 3 rd party portal for the purpose of expediting payment of STC invoices. Responsibility includes the set-up, research, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the uploading of invoices for RMR Service Contracts, Time, Material, and Installation. Job Responsibilities: Maintain Service Contract Module based upon assigned responsibility including vetting, account reconciliation and processing of contract information Make key billing adjustments, issue and reissue invoices, create manual invoices with spreadsheet statements using Excel, and handle billing problems for assigned regions Processing cancellations Assist other departments with research and billing issues Ability to read, analyze and interpret Excel Spreadsheets with conflicting data and follow through with resolving data inconsistencies Maintain composure in dealing with executives, clients, and staff, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations Handling of and exposure to sensitive and confidential information Assist and backup other positions as needed Assist with special projects Additional responsibilities as requested by the manager Minimum Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in Service Contract management and/or Billing operations within an organizational setting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Highly reliable, professional, and exceptionally organized Excellent verbal and written communication skills Committed to maintaining ethical standards when handling confidential information Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt positively to change Sense of urgency and strong follow-through on responsibilities Collaborative team player with a positive attitude Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Solid understanding of general business principles Willingness to work overtime as needed Preferred Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of formal education Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401K with 60% Match up to 6% of salary Paid vacation, holiday and sick time Educational Assistance Exceptional growth opportunities Wide variety of employee discounts on travel, equipment, and more!
