TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OB/GYN RN in Redwood Falls, Minnesota, 56283! Pay Information $2,398 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: OB/GYN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour or Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of strong OB experience License: State nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, Fetal Heart Monitoring Must-Have: - MedSurg experience required - OB experience required Description: Position is for an OB/L&D Registered Nurse. The shift can be day or night, with a 3x12-hour schedule. Weekend work is required every other weekend or every third weekend. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:4 for all shifts. First-time travelers are accepted. Pending licenses are accepted, provided proof of application is included. The role includes responsibilities in labor, delivery, postpartum, nursery, and couplet care. Candidates must have experience with couplet care, labor and delivery, postpartum hemorrhage, and recognition and treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns. The position involves triage of obstetrical patients and the use of external fetal monitoring. Candidates must include finalized time off requests with submission, with no time off allowed during the first week of employment. No more than 10 days of time off per assignment is permitted. The position requires compliance with certain COVID-19 and vaccination protocols. Candidates should be prepared to work holidays as needed. Fingerprinting and certain lab requirements are necessary before starting.
