Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Associate – Lift Truck Operator (1st Shift) Location: Stuarts Draft, VA Start Date: Monday, September 29 Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (with $0.50 increase after 60 days) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:20 AM – 2:30 PM Mandatory OT: Sundays, when scheduled Assignment Type: Long-term temporary (up to 1 year, based on business needs) Job Summary: We are currently hiring a Production Associate with forklift/lift truck experience to support a special project for a manufacturing company located in Stuarts Draft, VA . This is a first shift position with regular weekday hours and mandatory overtime on Sundays when scheduled. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating a lift truck and have a minimum of 3 months of experience . This is a great opportunity to join a stable team in a clean, well-organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate a lift truck to safely move materials for the production department Assist with general production duties as needed Follow all safety and operating procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Pay & Benefits: Starting Pay: $20.00/hour Pay Increase: $0.50/hour raise after 60 days Assignment Duration: Up to 1 year (subject to business needs) Requirements: Minimum of 3 months of forklift/lift truck experience Must be able to obtain and maintain an on-site LTO (Lift Truck Operator) license Must have a valid state driver’s license Must pass the following onsite screenings: LTO safety training Vision test : 20/30 in each eye (with or without corrective lenses) and 155°ree; peripheral vision DMV driving record check DMV Disqualifications: Candidates will not qualify for the required LTO license if, within the past 3 years , they have: More than one at-fault accident involving property damage or personal injury More than two moving violations (e.g., speeding, failure to yield) One accident plus two moving violations Any DUI or DWI citation Pay Details: $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
