Pay Information $1,751 per week About The Position Job Title: RN - CVICU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Rotating Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in ICU License: Active RN License required, no temporary licenses accepted Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have: Hemodynamic monitoring experience (Swan-Ganz catheters, arterial lines) Ventilator management skills Strong critical thinking abilities Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of ICU experience. Candidates must be proficient in hemodynamic monitoring, including the use of Swan-Ganz catheters and arterial lines. Ventilator management experience is essential. Strong critical thinking skills are required to excel in this role. The candidate must hold an active RN license and current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIH. Candidates with exposure to IABP, CRRT, and familiarity with Meditech charting will be preferred. Duties include care for patients post-CABG, post-VAD, and post-catheterization, managing various cardiac support devices. Candidates should maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code policies, including scrub color and grooming standards. Floating to other units may be required as per facility guidelines.
