Due to continued growth, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Residential Property Lawyer (5 years PQE) who enjoys collaborative working , mentoring junior team members and being part of a firm with a strong presence across Berkshire and the Thames Valley . The Role: As a Senior Associate, you will: Manage a broad and high-quality caseload including complex sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold matters, new builds, first registrations and shared ownership transactions Play an active role in the supervision and development of junior colleagues , providing mentoring and guidance Work closely with the Reading-based partners and contribute to the growth and development of the team Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on excellent client service Assist with business development activities , local networking and maintaining the firm’s reputation across the Thames Valley ✅ Requirements: 5 years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor Experience handling complex and high-value property matters Team-oriented , with a proven track record of mentoring or supervising junior staff Strong communication and client care skills Comfortable working in a collaborative, partner-led environment Local knowledge of the Reading/Thames Valley property market is advantageous Must live within commutable distance of Reading (or be genuinely willing to relocate) What’s On Offer?
