Scheme Manager

Scheme Manager Ongoing Temporary 30 hours per week over 5 days Widnes Duties of the Scheme Manager role will include, but are not limited to: Managing 37 properties in a brand new scheme, voids and tenanted (primarily decanted tenants from other schemes) Having a strong understanding of Housing management and elderly/retirement living Dealing with snagging in a new scheme Undertaking H&S checks including fire, legionella etc Instructing a cleaner and identifying issues with performance Reporting into operations manager Tackling finances with tenants, including payment plans Undertaking meetings on Teams and dealing with full range of IT tasks The successful Scheme Manager candidate will have: Strong experience in a similar role is essential, as well as the ability to fully utilise IT systems Housing Management background Enhanced DBS check Sellick Partnership is proud to be an inclusive and accessible recruitment business and we support applications from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances.
