Billing Coordinator

Your new company An award-winning boutique legal firm based in central London is looking for a Billing and Revenue Controller to support their continued growth. Your new role Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for a broad range of finance operations, supporting fee earners and ensuring accurate financial processing across billing, credit control, and supplier management. Liaising with fee earners to amend billing guides and raise bills Ensuring all disbursements are accurately reflected and bills are posted to the system Assisting with credit control and chasing outstanding payments Posting supplier invoices and reconciling supplier balances, particularly counsel accounts Performing daily postings including office and client bank transactions Updating case files with finance-related instructions and requests Managing file closures, including clearing outstanding balances, processing write-offs, and returning client funds What you'll need to succeed Experience in a revenue or billing role within a legal environment Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities What you'll get in return Supportive and inclusive team culture Opportunities for professional development Central London office location with hybrid working option What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
