Corporate Associate – London An award-winning international law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Associate (c. 2–5 PQE) to join its highly regarded London team. The team combines the scale and resources to handle major transactions with the agility to support clients on day-to-day matters. The role This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of matters, including: Private M&A (core focus) Public company transactions Private equity deals You’ll enjoy early responsibility, significant client exposure, and the chance to help drive business development initiatives.
