HGV Class 2 Driver

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Knottingley area. We are looking for a HGV Class 2 Driver (CAT C) to join the team on a temporary basis for holiday cover. Hours: Ad-hoc/volume orientated, 7am start time Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour PAYE Location: Knottingley, WF11 Job Type : Temporary The role: Conduct day runs, Monday to Friday, starting at 0700hrs. Perform up to 5 drops daily, delivering packaging products. Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to designated locations. Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach during deliveries. Always adhere to road safety regulations and company policies. Requirements: Valid HGV Class 2 (CAT C) entitlement. Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. New passes welcome to apply. No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Strong work ethic and commitment to safety. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. Full understanding of WTD legislation.
