Parts Person

Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Person for our Laval location.This position is responsible for assisting customers in locating required parts, providing pricing, and completing online parts orders. Duties and ResponsibilitiesProblem solvingUnloading, receiving, and storing incoming parts and other materials in the warehouse and yardLocate parts and other materials, and ship to customers and other branchesProvide assistance to branch service technicians as requiredPlace inventory stock ordersMake inventory and bin adjustmentsAccurately and completely document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock informationUse parts and warehousing equipment and computer systemsRequired SkillsCapable of meeting physical demands of parts/warehousing tradeExcellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in personMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds Required ExperiencePrevious experience in the parts industry preferredSolid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skillsJourneyperson Certification is considered an asset
