Your Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chatProactively resolve issues by offering clear and effective solutionsEnsure rigorous follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfactionInform and advise customers about products, promotions, and return/exchange policiesActively contribute to overall service quality and support your teammates What We're Looking For Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) - you'll be serving customers across CanadaMinimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment ( high call volume)Excellent communication, writing, and active listening skillsStrong analytical thinking, natural empathy, and clear communication styleComfortable using digital tools and working in tech-driven environmentsDEC or equivalent diploma What We Offer Day schedule during training (9:00 am - 5:00 pm), then flexible hours (day and evening)Two weeks of comprehensive, hands-on training to master the toolsOne remote work day per week (after training), to support work-life balanceA motivating work environment focused on collaboration, quality, and professional growthEasily accessible office by public transit Interested?
