YOUR ROLE:Your main responsibilities will include:Preparing and reviewing invoices and ensuring their submission through an electronic billing platform;Analyzing and resolving billing-related issues;Acting as a resource person for information requests and report creation;Creating new electronic accounts and managing their updates;Collaborating with the accounting team on accounts receivable management and other follow-ups. SKILLS REQUIRED:Degree in accounting or any combination of education and experience deemed relevant;Relevant experience in electronic billing within a professional services environment;Strong command of both French and English, spoken and written;Proven experience with electronic billing platforms, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of 3E software is an asset;Professional rigour, discretion, and attention to detail;Strong team spirit and collaboration skills;Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and deadlines;Strong communication and customer service orientation.
