Baker Key Responsibilities Independently prepare standard breads as well as occasional specialty productions. Perform quality control checks on raw ingredients and finished products. Operate ovens and other bakery equipment efficiently. Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards at all times. Pastry Chef Key Responsibilities Develop and improve recipes for pastries and desserts. Contribute creative ideas for new products and seasonal specials. Evaluate taste, texture, and appearance of products, making suggestions for improvement. Ensure consistent high-quality presentation of all products. What We Offer Working hours: Night and weekend shifts (8:00 PM 6:00 AM). Full-time role: 40 hours per week, depending on scheduling. Competitive salary: Starting at 18.05 gross per hour. Additional benefits: Meal vouchers of 8 per day (after 1 year). Clothing allowance of 1.73 per day. Night premium of 20% per hour. Weekend premium of 3.71 per hour. Full administrative support and visa application assistance provided. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a pastry chef or baker, with proven expertise in product quality. Solid knowledge of modern pastry techniques and trends. Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus, or willingness to learn). Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship. Additional Information You will work as part of a team of 5055 employees (with plans for further expansion). The bakery mainly produces standard breads, with special breads on weekends and a "bread of the month" offering.
