Area Sales Representative

Minimum Requirements: Matric and a tertiary education Forklift sales experience and working knowledge thereof Must be computer literate Must have a valid drivers license Key Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership to both internal and external customers, embodying the companys values through problem-solving, driving creative solutions, and motivating others. Cultivate an environment that supports and accelerates future sales growth. Sell value-based solutions to customers, focusing on long-term relationships and customer satisfaction. Lead top-level meetings with key customers, resolving business challenges and aligning with the companys strategic goals. Meet and exceed monthly and annual budget targets. Proactively analyze and improve business processes to drive efficiency and growth. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across various channels. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, setting clear targets for the team. Compile and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed about market trends, products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Continuously enhance customer service standards to retain and grow the customer base. Establish, maintain, and expand strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business success.
