German Customer Service Specialist in Malta

What Youll Be Doing Customer Support (70%) Assist users via email and chat; no phone calls required. Provide helpful, friendly and professional support in German and English. Use the right tools to deliver accurate information and efficient solutions. Content Moderation (30%) Review user content across various apps and marketplaces. Ensure all material follows guidelines and legal requirements. Flag inappropriate content and escalate serious issues using internal systems. What Were Looking For Fluent in German with good written communication skills in English. Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Word and Excel. No experience? No problem. If you’re curious, motivated and detail-focused, we’ll train you! A positive mindset and willingness to work rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends).
