Intellectual Property Manager

Main Responsibilities Manage and protect the global trademark and domain name portfolio; Manage and coordinate IP litigations, specifically on trademarks, patents, designs; Work across the business advising the design, product & merchandising, retail and advertising teams on IP content & issues; Advise the business on the IP landscape and the risks to both existing business and new business initiatives, particularly in the field of trademarks and copyrights; Actively advise and work on effective policing / enforcement programs and brand protection strategies. Profile At least 6 to 10 years’ experience on IP matters with focus on trademark; Previous experience in a top legal firm on IP matters or in-house international company. Background in luxury or fashion field will be considered a plus. Proficient spoken and written Italian and English are key to cover the role; French knowledge is a plus. Experience in drafting contracts for talents, ambassadors, licenses, co-branding projects is also welcomed. J-18808-Ljbffr
