Application Analyst & Developer

Job Description We are looking for an Application Analyst & Developer with knowledge on functional analysis & development, and testing of solutions. The candidate will work in the Application Development team, to support the realization and maintenance of software solutions. Responsibilities Requirement collection and analysis Define the detailed SW solution design starting from the high-level design Perform the logical design of the database Develop the solution and prepare and implement the SW test Produce technical support documentation and deliverables Maintenance of the applications (AMS service) and management of the technical support documentation Provide technical training for the end user Requirements 3 or more years of experience in a similar role Java 8 and later version Object Oriented Programming and Functional programming Framework: Hibernate, Swing, Jax-WS Nice to Have IDE IntelliJ SVN tool and related concepts (branch, tag, etc) Continuous Integration (with tools like Jenkins) Operating Systems: Windows and Linux; Oracle database; ability to design data models and related DDLs; strong SQL knowledge Languages Italian Good spoken and written English is required - B2 Level Attitude / Soft Skills Ability to present ideas openly Ability to work independently and as part of a team Action and results oriented; ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive and flexible with a resilient and results-oriented nature Transparency and accountability Strong communication and customer service skills Working Model Hybrid work: at least 2 days in presence (office/client) & smart working Diversity & Inclusion We value plurality and equity, regardless of race, sexual orientation, disability, age, ancestry, religion, gender, and nationality.
