Overview The Credit Collector will help the company collect credits by contacting debtors and negotiating payments. The position is based at the HQ in Padua. Responsibilities Tracking outstanding debts, locating and contacting debtors; Creating and implementing debt collection actions, negotiating payoff deadlines and payment plans; Handling customers\' questions or complaints; Updating account status and balances regularly; Complying with legal requirements in cooperation with German local colleagues. Requirements Native speaker in German; Fluent in English (any other language is a plus); Experience in working with tight deadlines; Good knowledge of MS Office; Good negotiation skills and team player; Good time-management, interpersonal and communication skills; 2 years of experience as credit collector (ideally); Bachelor/master’s degree in economics is a plus.
