Automotive Service Technician

Job Description: Automotive Service Technician - All Levels Florence, Kentucky Joseph Auto Group has been serving the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati areas for many years. We are now one of Cincinnati's largest dealership groups. Joseph Cadillac in Florence, Kentucky, remains a family-owned and operated business. Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership policy. Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers if additional service is needed and provide estimates for repairs. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Qualifications 2 years of Service Technician experience. High school diploma or equivalent required. B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair. Dexterity, steady hand, and excellent hand-eye coordination. Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies. Positive, friendly attitude with eagerness to improve. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
