Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented? Project Engineer ?to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across various business functions. This role is ideal for candidates with a background working? within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) ?environment, where they have gained hands-on experience managing service delivery, client relationships, and technical project execution. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing projects from initiation through completion. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Track project progress and generate regular status updates. Support risk identification and mitigation planning. Ensure adherence to organizational standards, compliance requirements, and quality expectations. Participate in client onboarding, service delivery planning, and SLA management. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 years of experience in project management or a related role. Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is . Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. PMP or CAPM certification is a plus. Technical Abilities: Experience with networking and server administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Smartsheet). Understanding of IT service delivery, infrastructure, or operations.
