Global Retail Training Specialist

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Global Retail Training Specialist based in Milan.The successful candidate will be part of the Global Retail Department. Main Activities and Responsibilities : Provide inputs to the DG Retail training strategy in order to design, monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and improve of knowledge and skills Consistently design training content with a commercial approach,in regards of client experience, product training and professional knowledge. Prepare training planning, training manuals or other learning material for Stores employees Analyse training opportunities and needs of the region/store population based on business requirements Plan, deliver and monitor training courses/sessions in each phase of the learning process Guarantee a strong collaboration within the Global Retail Training team and Regional Trainers in line with the DG Retail Training guidelines Arrange “train the trainer” sessions for all the Regional Trainers and oversee the quality of training sessions delivered by Regional Trainers Monitor the best practices adopted in the regions and eventually introduce them to the DG Retail Training community Collaborate when needed with the Global HR/Operation/Merchandising/ VM/CRM departments to provide ad hoc training support Key requirements & competencies: At least 3 years of experience in a Retail Training environment with a focus on training content creation Experienced in reading, understanding and analysing Retail world dynamics and business performances Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills Adaptability & Flexibility Proactive attitude and excellent communicator Responsibility & Ownership Fluent in English, both written and verbal Location: Milan, Italy J-18808-Ljbffr
