Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a talented: Senior Digital Project Manager to join our Strategy & Design team in Milan . This role is key in managing complex digital transformation projects, ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders, and delivering successful solutions with high business impact. WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT Governance & coordination. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of digital initiatives, ensuring correct planning, timely delivery, and consistent quality of outputs. You’ll define clear goals and milestones, manage functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure a constant flow of information across business, marketing, and technical teams. You will lead periodic project status updates (SAL), coordinate internal meetings, and prepare structured reporting to support decision-making and visibility at all levels. Business & technical vision. You will identify business needs and translate them into actionable plans and deliverables. You’ll evaluate the impact of new technologies and business processes in terms of implementation, continuous improvement, and evolution. Facilitation & co-design. You’ll run collaboration and co-design sessions, ensuring shared understanding and buy-in from all involved parties—including final users and development teams. WHAT WE NEED Solid experience. You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager, Senior Consultant, or similar role—ideally in consulting or system integration environments. You are comfortable managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. Execution-oriented mindset. You have strong organizational autonomy, a proactive attitude, and leadership skills that inspire teams and drive results. Analytical & communication skills. You are able to grasp business requirements and propose effective digital solutions, while clearly communicating across business and technical teams. Tools mastery. You are experienced in working with digital collaboration and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Project, Miro, Mural, Trello, etc., and are comfortable using them daily to manage and visualize project progress. Fluency in English is required (at least B2).
