Your Contribution to the Role Provide clients with expert guidance and personalized attention, ensuring a seamless and exceptional shopping experience that drives sales and loyalty. Elevate the in-store experience by delivering high-touch, bespoke service aligned with the brand’s luxury standards and anticipating clients’ needs. Collaborate with the team to maintain an elegant and welcoming environment, ensuring smooth operations and impeccable product presentation. Serve as a brand ambassador by demonstrating deep product knowledge and storytelling skills to engage and inspire clients. Strategically manage client relationships using CRM tools to enhance retention and acquisition through proactive and personalized outreach. Continuously assess personal and boutique performance to identify opportunities for growth and contribute to achieving individual sales targets. Support and inspire colleagues by sharing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Assist in maintaining the boutique’s premium environment through attention to visual merchandising, stock organization, and general upkeep. What You Bring to the Team Proven experience in a client advisory role within luxury retail Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients and colleagues alike. Fluency in Portuguese, Italian and English.
