Position Summary: We are currently seeking a licensed master sheet metal mechanic/installer to join our residential installation team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ductwork fabrication and installation and will be committed to delivering high-caliber service by state and local codes. Key Responsibilities: Measure, fabricate, and install residential HVAC ductwork and related systems. Install HVAC equipment such as air handlers, furnaces, condensers, and related systems. Work collaboratively with the project team and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment. Requirements: Massachusetts Master Sheet Metal License. Minimum of 3 years of HVAC sheet metal experience. Proficient in ductwork layout, fabrication, and field installation. Valid Driver's License. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in confined or elevated spaces. Successful completion of a background check is required before employment.
