Provides scheduling and coordination support to the Service Coordinator. Offers technical guidance and support to field technicians on complex issues. Installs and commissions a wide range of HVAC systems and equipment. Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs diverse types of HVAC equipment. Performs preventive maintenance on systems including atmospheric boilers and water-cooled chillers. Maintains clear, professional communication with customers both on-site and off-site. Helps manage inventory and coordinates tool procurement for technicians. Promotes and adheres to all BMCC safety policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For 8 years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience, with a strong focus on chiller systems Hospital experience a plus Experience with chiller rebuilds Current Licensed Technician Valid driver’s license EPA Certification SkillDirect
