Pay Information $1,981 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment. Experience must come from a larger facility with a higher trauma level. License: Active nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: - Epic charting system experience required - Ability to float to other units if needed - Patient ratio experience of 1:5 Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit. The assignment duration is 13 weeks on a 3x12 hour day shift. RNs must be highly skilled, experienced, and flexible. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-acuity setting. Experience must come from a larger facility with a higher trauma level. The nurse-patient ratio is 1:5. Floating to other units may be required. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Previous experience with the Epic charting system is essential. Candidates must work at least 1 holiday per 13-week assignment, and 2 during winter holidays. Compliance documents are due before the start date. Travelers who reside within 100 miles are considered local and are not accepted for this position. Candidates should confirm their commitment to starting on the specified date. Travelers who have worked on assignment for 365 days are not eligible to return for another assignment.
