Assistant Project Manager / Intern

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Intern to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of construction and development projects across various commercial market segments. . The ideal candidate will be a go-getter, self motivated individual who is willing to learn all aspects of the industry while working at a general contractor and real estate development firm. Responsibilities: Assist in managing projects Assist with project estimation, take-offs Visit sites and do daily reports Prepare project schedules and manage deadlines ability to read drawings and give directions to subcontractors with oversight Manage subcontractors so they complete scope Engage with permitting agencies as needed. Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met Maintain required project documentation ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in construction industry desired (0-2 years) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in civil, architecture, engineering strongly desired Strong project management / organization / communication skills Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong leadership qualities Ability to communicate in Spanish is highly desired Software Desired : AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Procore, Office Equal Opportunity Employer Company Description Bedrock International Group, LLC is a general contracting and real estate development company that specializes in design-build, ground-up and tenant-improvement projects.
