Present repair and replacement options in a persuasive, customer-friendly way. Turn service calls into sales by identifying opportunities and closing leads. Upsell products, services, and system upgrades that provide long-term value for the customer. Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships. Strong communication skills with the confidence to present repair and replacement options that drive sales .
