Fabrication Technician - 1st Shift

About the Opportunity: • Job Title: Fabrication Technician • Pay Rate: $22.00-$26.00/Hour • Location: Buffalo, MN • Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday 7AM-5PM • Position Type: Temp to Hire Requirements and Qualifications: 1. 6 months–1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. 2. Experience with welding or press brake is a plus, but not required. 3. Ability to stay focused and work independently with minimal supervision. 4. Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset. 5. Flexibility to perform different tasks as needed. 6. Ability to lift 60 lbs. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Operate drill press to drill holes and cut threads. 2. Use grinders to finish welds and laser-cut parts. 3. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed. 4. Learn and support welding and press brake operations. 5. Perform additional duties to support team and production flow.
