Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Explain & break down complex billing to customers. Multitask between answering phone & toggling between multiple systems daily. Responsible for completing all assigned tasks, emails & customer inquiries by end of each day. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
