INSURANCE AGENT TRAINEE - Farmers Insurance

Job Description Job Description Are you looking to launch a career in the insurance industry but dont yet have your license? Were looking for a motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Producer Trainee. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations of the agency while receiving the training, resources, and support necessary to earn your Michigan Insurance Producer License. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional insurance agency environment and transition into a licensed producer role upon successful completion of your licensing. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions Participate in agency meetings, training sessions, and mentorship programs Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Strong interest in developing a long-term career in insurance and financial services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge in a fast-paced environment Customer service or sales experience is a plus Must be willing to obtain state insurance license within a designated timeframe (exam prep support provided)
