We are looking for courteous, self-motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail with 1 years of route, commercial building and/or residential window cleaning experience . We clean glass from 1 to 6 stories at commercial and residential locations using water fed poles and lifts, when needed. Some ladder work but no high-rise work; travel between jobs; and minimal paperwork are required. We will always treat every customer as though they are our only customer. Typical Schedule : Mon-Fri, 7-8:00am 2-4:00pm Pay $ 20-40 per hour based on performance. Generous commission percentage plus bonus. FISH offers: Paid training, if necessary. After training period, pay is based on work completed. The better you get at your job, the more you make!
