Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Whittier, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Pharmacist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 10/01/2025 Duration: 26 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Requirements Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from a U.S.-accredited school of pharmacy Experience: Minimum 5 years of inpatient hospital experience (hospital size >400 beds preferred), OR Completion of an acute care hospital residency program Not Accepted: Retail-only or primarily ambulatory care experience Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; Board Certification preferred System Experience: Allscripts (required) Skills & Competencies Medication preparation & administration: IV piggyback, IV push, compounding, PCA, chemotherapy (preferred) Clinical expertise in: Anticoagulants & warfarin dosing Cardiac, renal, geriatric, pediatric, and psychotherapeutic dosing Pharmacokinetics & therapeutic drug monitoring Knowledge of high-risk medications and infection control practices Familiarity with carousel medication dispensing systems Ability to respond to codes and emergencies DB About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
