7.5t Driver - immediate start - full time

Location: Southampton Salary: £14.00 per hour, increasing to £14.48 after 12 weeks. Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shifts start at 7:00 AM. Job Description We are seeking a reliable and professional 7.5t Driver to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our clients operations, you will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of parcels and freight to valued customers. Your role is crucial in representing the company, so a positive attitude and strong customer service skills are a must. Key Responsibilities: Collection and delivery of parcels and freight. Ensuring the security of your vehicle and its contents at all times. Completing bulk collections & deliveries as required. Performing daily vehicle checks and complying with all procedural requirements. Adhering to Health and Safety regulations at all times. What We Are Looking For: A full, valid 7.5t driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. A minimum of 5 years of verifiable employment history for reference checks. A willingness to undergo a DBS check (paid for by the company). Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour. A great attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of driving rules and regulations.
