Engineering Manager Warwick £40,000 - £45,000 Training Company Pension Bonus Excellent opportunity for an Engineering Manager from a manufacturing background looking for a senior role with a well-established company with development opportunities. Do you have experience leading an engineering or maintenance team in a manufacturing environment? Are you looking to take ownership of the department and lead a dedicated workforce? This company have been established for 80 years and specialise in the manufacture of a wide range of sheet metal products for a wide range of applications across almost every sector across the globe. The business is family owned and is renowned for the quality of its products and looking after staff by introducing a number of initiatives. In this role you will be charged with leading the engineering department to ensure maximum availability of machinery through maintenance, driving continuous improvements and working to ensure maximum efficiency across the plant. This role will be working a four day working week Monday to Thursday 38 hours a week.
