Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming, motivating atmosphere for all members. Create and implement bespoke fitness programmes aligned with individual client goals. Guide clients on correct form and technique to ensure safe and effective workouts. Inspire and encourage members throughout their fitness journey. Lead gym inductions and facilitate group exercise sessions. Support daily gym operations, including cleanliness and equipment inspections. Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
