Laboratory Production Operative - Late Shift - Oxford

An innovative and forward thinking scientific manufacturing company are looking for motivated and hard working individuals to join their growing team as Laboratory Production Operatives, based in Oxford (OX2). This is a temporary role for 6 months initially, with good prospects to convert to permanent in 2026. Hours of work are 2pm-10pm (Mon-Fri), for at least the first 6 months. Working in manufacturing laboratory within a small friendly team, the Laboratory Production Operative involves operating and maintaining different equipment including a lot of pipetting, a bit of light assembly as well quality checking then packaging and labelling of products ready to send out to customers all over the world. The ideal candidate will be a team player with good communication skills and will have some experience in either a laboratory setting, adhering to GMP/GLP and being confident and accurate with pipetting.
