Were seeking a Store Manager / Buyer to join our operations team in Fareham. This is a pivotal role offering up to £50,000 per annum, where you'll be at the heart of our supply chain and project support across the UK and internationally. ??What Youll Be Doing Lead Store & Warehouse Operations : Oversee inventory, deliveries, and ensure efficient material handling. Supplier Relationship Management : Build strong partnerships, negotiate favourable terms, and secure competitive pricing. Stock Control Systems : Implement and manage electronic inventory systems to streamline operations. Purchasing & Procurement : Source materials, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery for projects. Team Leadership : Manage and develop warehouse staff, conduct appraisals, and foster a collaborative environment. Project Support : Ensure project bays are stocked accurately and support both small works and large-scale installations. ?What Were Looking For Proven experience in stock control , buying , or warehouse management Strong negotiation skills and supplier engagement Ability to implement and manage inventory systems Excellent organisational and leadership capabilities Commitment to health & safety and quality standards ??Why Join Us?
