Known for its strong brand presence and customer-focused approach, the business offers a curated product range across several well-known platforms, including web and mobile. As part of a wider digital transformation, the business is investing in building out its customer experience and optimisation capabilities across multiple brands. THE ROLE This is a newly created role with full ownership of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategy across digital platforms. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyse user behaviour, identify pain points, and develop data-driven strategies to enhance customer journeys. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the data using tools like Fullstory or Hotjar, spotting opportunities, solving problems, and executing meaningful improvements. You won’t be building tests yourself but should be comfortable with experimentation principles and able to troubleshoot where needed. Over time, the goal is to bring more capability in-house, reducing dependency on agencies and making CRO a central function within the business. SKILLS EXPERIENCE Proven experience in CRO – any industry background welcome Strong understanding of customer journeys, UX principles, and digital performance Experience with behavioural analytics tools such as Fullstory, Hotjar, GA4 Strategic thinker who’s hands-on and passionate about optimisation Confident in presenting ideas, insights, and results to senior stakeholders Strong interest in user experience and digital problem-solving Ideally some mentoring or leadership exposure, though not essential HOW TO APPLY If you’re excited about owning CRO strategy and making a tangible impact, apply now by sending your CV via the link below.
